General
The floor space of the Main Hall is approximately 8.8m wide by 16.4m (from the rear wall to the edge of the raised stage). The stage is the same width by 4.9m deep (depth behind the curtains 4.20m). The dimensions in detail can be seen on the layout plan.

There’s an apron entrance to one side of the curtains, where you’ll find switches for the working lights. All other functions are at stage right, including a mechanical winch for the curtains, lighting dimmers and audio box.
Stage lighting system

We have a basic but functional DMX lighting system, with a connection point at the back of the hall leading to two dimmer packs on stage, controlling analogue fixtures on four bars (two on stage, two over the auditorium). Fixtures include a selection of PAR floods, Fresnels and several profile spots. There are no LED RGB fixtures provided, but there are plenty of power sockets on stage. DMX connections are not available on the bars.
Audio
There is an audio amplifier with CD player and multiple free input connections, designed to work with the stereo speakers installed in the Main Hall. The connection to the speakers can be made on stage or from the back of the hall, so your sound can be controlled from either position.
